IPTVFire provides IPTV subscription services that allow users to access live TV channels and video-on-demand content through internet-connected devices, specifically optimized for Amazon Fire TV Stick.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are available in 1, 3, and 12-month plans
• Payment must be made in full before service activation
• Subscriptions are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

3. Account Usage

• Each subscription allows connection on the specified number of devices
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited
• Attempts to circumvent our systems will result in account termination
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information

4. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Channel availability may change without notice
• We are not responsible for content provider outages
• Maintenance windows may be scheduled with advance notice

5. Technical Requirements

• Minimum 15 Mbps internet speed for HD streaming
• Compatible device (Firestick, Android, iOS, Smart TV)
• Users are responsible for their internet connection quality

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Resell or redistribute our service
• Attempt to reverse engineer our systems
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Share login credentials beyond allowed connections
• Interfere with other users' access to the service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

IPTVFire is not liable for:

• Internet connectivity issues
• Device compatibility problems
• Content provider changes or removals
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
